Clairissa is a creative director and designer focused on the future of creative problem-solving, design thinking, and storytelling. In her practice, she builds solutions designed to resonate with people's lived experiences and spark new appreciation of people, ideas, and communities.
Passionate about continuous learning, Clairissa has worked within a range of sectors, including retail, urban planning, healthcare, education, and legal. Her client base spans North America, the Middle East, Europe, and the UAE, including Pantheon, TIL law firm, Ella Surveys, and Linkers.
Currently, Clairissa runs Redwood UX, an interdisciplinary design studio where she drives creative direction and client management. She also serves as Co-Founder and Product Lead at Open Space Sandbox and as a Product Designer at Citian, where her work focuses on leveraging emerging technologies to make the spaces we live in more safe, equitable, and vibrant.
